On our website www.arttekflooring.com, which belongs to Arttek Project and Construction Industry Trade Joint Stock Company and was established to represent the company, the Privacy Rules-Policy and Application-Terms of Use, the current principles of which are stated below, are valid for the confidentiality of visitor-member-customer information (hereinafter referred to as Visitor(s)), protection, storage, processing-use-destruction of personal data (information), commercial electronic communications and other matters.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDP Law”), your personal data, including any information that determines or makes your identity identifiable and your special personal data, may be processed by Arttek Proje Ve İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Company”) as the data controller.

Processing of personal data refers to any operation performed on data, such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, changing, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, classifying or preventing the use of personal data.

AIM

In order to protect their confidentiality, necessary measures are taken and all legal principles regarding the processing of personal data and personal data storage and destruction policies are complied with; if legally required or for certain non-mandatory applications, permission is also requested;

Your collected personal data may be processed for purposes such as ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and the people who have a business relationship with our Company, carrying out in-office audit activities by our Company, carrying out storage and archive activities, creating and tracking visitor records, fulfilling the obligation to notify the relevant/authorized public institutions in administrative and judicial cases (such as courts, law enforcement agencies), and carrying out Occupational Health and Safety activities in accordance with Law No. 6331.

TRANSFER

Your data is processed and securely stored for the purposes listed above. It will never be shared with third parties, except in accordance with the obligation to notify public institutions, legal regulations, and your explicit consent. Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions/organizations in accordance with obligations arising from legal regulations such as the Social Security Institution, Labor Law No. 4857, Tax Procedure Law, Turkish Commercial Code, and Occupational Health and Safety Law; to intermediary firms from which we receive services regarding information systems and/or physical location security; and to local/international organizations that support our business processes, based on legal grounds and your consent.

While the above issues are presented to you in accordance with our obligation to inform you about personal data, we would like you to know that permission is obtained for all types of personal data processing, except for cases where the legislation allows processing without explicit consent from the relevant person (including transfers), and that no processing is carried out without permission.

YOUR RIGHTS

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company using the methods outlined below in this Information Notice, our Company will process your request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board stipulates a fee, the fee determined by our Company will be charged.

ARTICLE 11 –

(1) Everyone may apply to the data controller and obtain information about himself/herself;

a) Learning whether personal data is being processed,

b) Request information regarding the processing of personal data,

c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

d) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,

d) To request correction of personal data in case it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,

e) Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7,

f) To request that the operations carried out in accordance with clauses (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

g) To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself, by means of analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

g) In case of any damage caused by the unlawful processing of personal data, the person has the right to demand compensation for the damage.

RESPONSIBILITY

Visitors are responsible for the information they obtain from our Site or other sites linked to our Site / mobile applications / all kinds of notifications and other units and channels belonging to our Company, the information, promotions and advertisements sent to them electronically, as well as the decisions they make within the framework of all kinds of suggestions, and all kinds of actions and applications they take based on these and their results.

You may submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law to our Company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board and through the channels specified below.

As the relevant person, you must submit your claims in writing to our Company, along with the necessary documents establishing your identity. Therefore, to ensure the efficient and expeditious management of your applications under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, we recommend submitting your requests in person or by mail, along with any required documents/information and any necessary documents establishing your identity.

You can submit your applications to us in writing using the “Relevant Person Information Request Form”, using the methods specified in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and by the Personal Data Protection Authority, and which will be determined later.
